Notice of Special General Meeting

Date 21 February 2024 at 6.05pm

Location: Motorsports House

Purpose: to ratify 2023 financials, which were approved at the AGM, however there wasnt 14 days between the auditor completing the audit and the AGM being held. The 14 days is a requriement under Association Act, however not under our constitution. If anyone would like to see of copy of the financial returns please let me know.

Purpose to discuss the following:

- NAMSC Women with Wheel and Women in Excels

- Non Committee Roles: Grant writing, External promotion, Tidy HQ, Social and BBQ Function co ordinator

- Marketing and Social media with Jake Dunn

- Volunteers training

- Meetings 2024 - Loss of track time, IP Nationals in 2024, Lap sprint on Friday evening, SuperCars 

- History of NAMSC project

- Private Practice 

- HVMC masterplan

- Drink and be merry
