The driver waiver is now part of the information collected during each event ticket purchase. You can reduce the amount of information requried each time if you update and complete your profile in Tidy HQ.
Event Payment is via Tidy HQ via Credit Card
Everyone must assist in the meeting set up/clean up list
President and Vice President
- Open main gates, Terraces Gates, Park Ferme’ and Form up gates
- Open Garages (Check and note pre-event condition and damages)
- Turn on any lights to be used - (Toilets, Tower, Paddock, garages)
- Sit back in beach chair with espresso martini
Timing
- Set up Tower - Computers and screens X 2 in timing, X1 in Race Control, Test start lights, Test dorian loops and timing system
CLEAN UP
- Check and clean Tower (remove computers, screens, empty refrigerators)
- Turn off any lights used. (Tower, Paddock, garages)
Steward & Clerk of Course
- Inspect track condition and for debris, animals, flag marshal ladders
- CLEAN UP
- Check returned radios
Excel
- Check flag trailer (Extinguishers, Flags, Brooms, Oil soaker)
- Deliver to flag points - Foam and Dry Chemical Fire Extinguisher, Flag set, Esky, Braking Markers
CLEAN UP
- All Competitors to take their rubbish bins to the dumpster
- Clean all pit garages (In and outside) Turn off lights and Lock up. Note any damaged or non-operational equipment. Report to Clerk of Course.
Commodore Cup
- Check all radios are on charge and ready for use
- Set up scales for use in perc fume
CLEAN UP
- Collect all items from Flag points, stow back in trailer (Fire Ext. Flags Ect.)
- Check all radios are returned and report any damage
- Return Scrutineering and Document checking gear to NAMSC Shed
- Close all gates and lock up
- All Competitors to take their rubbish bins to the dumpster
- Clean all pit garages (In and outside) Turn off lights and Lock up. Note any damaged or non-operational equipment. Report to Clerk of Course.
Improved Production
- Pack the esky’s for Marshalls
CLEAN UP
- Empty and clean all Eskies (Pack away unused items)
- All Competitors to take their rubbish bins to the dumpster
- Clean all pit garages (In and outside) Turn off lights and Lock up. Note any damaged or non-operational equipment. Report to Clerk of Course.
HQ
- Set up Scrutineering and Document Checking - Tables, Chairs and Witches hats/ barriers, Fans , Drinks
- CLEAN UP
- All Competitors to take their rubbish bins to the dumpster
- Clean all pit garages (In and outside) Turn off lights and Lock up. Note any damaged or non-operational equipment. Report to Clerk of Course.
LapSprint
CLEAN UP
- Remove and pack up Dimet Tools banners on top of pit bay and tear drop banners on entrance to staircase

What you need to do

4. Lap Sprints - Helmet, shoes, longs and longs clothing
