The 2025 NAMSC AGM will be held from 6.00pm, Thursday 27 November 2025 at Motorsports House, Hidden Valley. Category meetings shall start at that time to determine category delegates for the next twelve months for lap sprint, circuit excel, HQ, Commodore Cup, Improved Production and  Open wheel. The AGM itself to start at 6.30pm to determine the President and Secretary for the next two years. Nominations for president and secretary have to be submitted to info@namsc.org.au by 6pm 20th November.
