It happens at some point each year, and in 2024 the third round will see courses with reversing introduced. The challenge increases as we progress through the season, and reversing is part of this fun!   To be held from 5.30pm on Saturday 18 May, under lights at Hidden Valley.  Register now for this event or for the remainder of the championship.   You must hold a current NAMSC membership AND be logged in under your profile on this website to be able to register.   The annual entry option is back again to simplify admin for volunteers and save time for participants. Hello NAMSC Notice of Special General Meeting Date 21 February 2024 at 6.05pm Location: Motorsports House Purpose: to ratify 2023 financials, which were approved at the AGM, however there wasnt 14 days between the auditor completing the audit and the AGM being held. The 14 days is a requriement under Association Act, however not under our constitution. Private Practice - Garry Dempsey

Apologies for the late notice via TidyHQ, but has mentioned at presentation night.  Volunteer and Sponsors rides on the track Track opens at 1.00pm and closes at 6.30pm. The compulsory drivers briefing begins at 1.00pm for Officials & Sponsors Drive Day.  Anyone failing to attend must present to the Clerk of Course or risk exclusion from the event. All track activity will cease at 6.30pm. PASSENGERS - Please note that passengers must be attired to the same standard as drivers and must have completed and signed the passenger indemnity form. EVENT FORMAT 12.30pm               GATES OPEN 1.00pm                 DRIVERS BRIEFING - OFFICIALS & SPONSORS DRIVE DAY 1.00-6.30pm         LAPS OF HIDDEN VALLEY CIRCUIT Cars will be released onto circuit from pit lane in ten second intervals No more than four (4) cars on track at a time Drivers must maintain distance from other cars Overtaking is only permitted on main straight and only if required Sessions will allow up to eight (8) laps Drivers must return to pit lane upon the chequered flag and may then queue to join a subsequent session after changing passengers  

Saturday 4 November 2023 shall see the 2023 NAMSC Presentation Night held from 6.00pm at the VIP Room, above the pit bays at Hidden Valley. This event will be a great way to close out 2023 and recognise the contributions and achievements of competitors and volunteers, and for all of the club and its supporters to celebrate another fantastic year of motorsport! All members, friends and family are welcome and encouraged to attend.  All attendees must have registered here prior to 11.59pm Tuesday 31 October 2023. Members: $40 Volunteers: Free (must have volunteered at NAMSC events in 2023) Non-Members: $50 Juniors (12-17): $20 Children (0-12): Free Ticket prices include food and beverages (beer, wine, soft drink).  You must be logged in on the website to access Member pricing or the free Volunteer registration.  Friends and family who do not have a current NAMSC membership are to be registered at the relevant Non-Member, Junior or Child rates.  You must have volunteered at NAMSC events in 2023 to be eligible for the free Volunteer ticket. Registration prior to the event is essential to plan for catering. We look forward to us all coming together for a great night of celebrations!

The North Australian Motor Sports Club (NAMSC) will hold its Annual General Meeting on Wednesday 1 November 2023 at Motorsports House, Hidden Valley.  A meeting for each category shall take place from 6.00pm, with the Annual General Meeting to commence at 6.30pm. All members are welcome and encouraged to attend.  Category meetings shall determine delegates for the year and nominations are open for the roles of each President and Secretary. Only persons holding current Individual Membership (including those allocated under Family Membership or through Life Membership) of the North Australian Motor Sports Club Inc. (NAMSC) may nominate, be nominated, or second the nomination of any candidate.  Nominees must comply with the NT Associations Act 2003, Part 4, Section 30. The Nomination Form is available here and must be submitted to info@namsc.org.au by 6.00pm Wednesday 25 October 2023. If you hold a current Individual Membership (including those allocated under Family Membership or through Life Membership) but are unable to attend the AGM, you may nominate another person with Individual Membership to act as your proxy.  Each person with Individual Membership may nominate only one person with Individual Membership to act as their proxy.  Each person may act as proxy for no more than one other person.
