Hello NAMSC Notice of Special General Meeting Date 21 February 2024 at 6.05pm Location: Motorsports House Purpose: to ratify 2023 financials, which were approved at the AGM, however there wasnt 14 days between the auditor completing the audit and the AGM being held. The 14 days is a requriement under Association Act, however not under our constitution.
